Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI systems through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products seamlessly.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Quantum AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and select the best tools and frameworks to ensure system longevity and scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with Quantum Computing paradigms or advanced predictive modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex systems on time.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into strategic business value.
