Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategy, aligning technical vision with business goals to drive innovation.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and generative AI pipelines.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to ensure competitive advantage.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model ethics, and responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the technical mentorship of senior engineers and architects within the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor moves to pivot architectural strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
