Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding conventions for the AI engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across all AI infrastructure.
- Present technical strategies to executive leadership to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP preferred).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Experience leading large-scale technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance standards.
