Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and generative AI models.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying LLMs into production environments with a focus on latency and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy through advanced techniques such as quantization and pruning.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
