Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays daily
- Actively upsell products and loyalty program memberships
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to enhance shopping experiences
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Passion for local art, sustainability, and community values
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems)
