Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed correctly and inventory is accurate.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS systems while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and store managers to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company’s brand values with professionalism and enthusiasm, answering questions and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Adaptability: Assist with store operations, including stocking, price changes, and promotional setup as needed.
Qualifications
