Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers with a warm demeanor, actively listen to their needs, and recommend products to drive sales.
- Sales Execution: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system while minimizing errors.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in adherence to company standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide expert advice to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members during peak hours and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
