- Provide product demonstrations and maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory and brand values.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
