- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise products on the sales floor to maximize visibility and sales.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
