Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Drive sales by achieving/exceeding individual and team KPIs
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on collections
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude for upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software

- High school diploma or equivalent required
