Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend the best products or services to meet those needs.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve personal goals.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
