Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend products to exceed sales targets and daily goals.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by building rapport, answering inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Store Operations: Maintain a pristine sales floor by organizing merchandise, restocking inventory, and ensuring the visual display meets company standards.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions at the point of sale (POS), handle cash and card payments, and prepare daily deposits.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a seamless store operation and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic math skills and a willingness to learn POS systems are a plus.
