Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Maintain store visual standards through merchandising, restocking, and inventory management
- Actively identify and convert sales opportunities to meet/exceed daily targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain current knowledge of inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
