Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store and in the field to identify needs and demonstrate products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base in Denver, CO, and Virginia.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising.
- Follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve regional sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
