Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Merchandise the sales floor by maintaining displays, organizing shelves, and ensuring the store is visually appealing.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
