Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining store visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in product training and store events to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
