- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Manage inventory through restocking, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in product training sessions to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
