Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and problem-solving
- Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary products
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining secure cash handling protocols
- Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and markdowns
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new arrivals and features
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
