Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and inventory organization
- Support store operations through stock processing, shipment receiving, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless customer journey
- Stay current on product trends and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Passion for fashion, art, and pop culture
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
