Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing upselling techniques and product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges efficiently
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
