Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling techniques and relationship-building
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Support visual merchandising initiatives including stock replenishment, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, promotions, and brand standards
- Contribute to store success by identifying customer needs and communicating feedback to management
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building customer relationships
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
