Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling complementary products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in product training to stay current on inventory and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions

- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver location
- Must be available for at least 20 hours per week
