Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and relationship building
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide KPIs and promotions
- Stay updated on product trends and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hrs/week)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic tech literacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical merchandise
