Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales support
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure store presentation standards are met
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Participate in product training to stay updated on new arrivals and features
Qualifications
