Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly upon entering the store, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and sell products with enthusiasm, utilizing knowledge of features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong customer service orientation with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
