Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients across Indiana and Florida markets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 40-50% across Indiana and Florida
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
