Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute inventory management tasks including restocking, merchandising, and visual displays
- Ensure store security and compliance with safety procedures during overnight operations
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain store cleanliness and operational readiness
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule including weekends/holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
