Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening/night hours to drive sales conversions
- Actively upsell products using consultative sales techniques and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Track inventory and assist with stock replenishment during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math proficiency for sales calculations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with CRM/POS systems preferred
