Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and POS systems
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness during overnight operations
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
