Your Mission:
As a Night Shift Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building customer loyalty during our operational hours. You will work closely with management to ensure inventory accuracy and store presentation while providing top-tier service to our evening clientele.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections to drive sales.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions, handle returns, and manage cash drawers.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and receiving stock shipments during off-peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the floor manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliable and punctual attendance, with the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is not required but may be beneficial for local delivery tasks.
