Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the sales floor, stockrooms, and restrooms to company standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using technology.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
