Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and styling advice
- Execute efficient POS transactions, inventory management, and store closing procedures
- Create visually compelling displays and maintain impeccable store presentation standards
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling techniques and client relationship building
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations and security protocols
- Process shipments, organize stockroom, and maintain merchandise flow
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on luxury collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising aptitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid New York State ID and reliable transportation
