Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, product knowledge, and personalized shopping assistance
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Stock, organize, and visually merchandise products to drive sales and enhance store appearance
- Collaborate with night shift team to ensure operational excellence and inventory accuracy
- Implement loss prevention strategies and uphold store security protocols
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and promotional engagement
- Assist with inventory counts, shipment processing, and merchandising projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience with proven customer service excellence
- Availability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math/cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
