Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit payments with precision.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with receiving deliveries.
- Loss Prevention: Adhere to security protocols to prevent theft and ensure the safety of all customers and staff.
- Communication: Relay information to the day shift team regarding any customer feedback or store issues.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
- Availability: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
