Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality sales transactions using the POS system with 100% accuracy.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves during the night shift to ensure product availability.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Handle cash handling, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company security policies.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to communicate daily sales targets and operational updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights, specifically between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
