- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Monitor store security during the night shift and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to prepare for the next day's operations.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
