Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store environment during off-peak hours.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing product recommendations based on their needs.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions while adhering to company security policies.
- Perform regular store cleaning duties, including trash removal and floor maintenance.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
