Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours to maximize sales conversion
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Restock merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for next-day operations
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred for multi-location support
