- Build rapport with local customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle cash handling and end-of-shift closing procedures with precision.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
