Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service during the evening rush.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using our POS systems.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and alert management to potential shortages.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all security procedures for opening and closing the store, including alarm checks and cash handling protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Math Skills: Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise around the store.
