Responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing store procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and provide product recommendations and assistance.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Handle cash handling and daily banking procedures with strict accuracy.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience.
