Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet daily revenue targets through exceptional customer engagement.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using our POS system.
- Ensure the sales floor, backroom, and restrooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with technology and basic computer operations.
