Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance during evening hours
- Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs, upselling products, and achieving/exceeding nightly sales targets
- Execute efficient store operations including inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising overnight
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure store cleanliness, security, and operational readiness for next day
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive brand reputation
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales aptitude
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
