About the Role
As a Night Shift Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand after hours. You will manage store operations, assist customers, and ensure the sales floor is organized and ready for the morning rush.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures, manage cash registers, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and organize displays to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless handover of store operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail in cash handling and inventory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
