Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing product recommendations, and explaining features.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash registers, process returns/exchanges, and reconcile daily deposits.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology/point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
