Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer bases.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
