- Collaborate with night crew to achieve daily sales targets
- Execute floor resets and promotional campaigns
- Report sales data and customer feedback to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience required
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Proficient with POS systems and retail technology
