Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Proactively engage with customers, offering product recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to maximize revenue.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor, restocking inventory, and ensuring all products are displayed according to company standards.
- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently manage cash register transactions, process returns and exchanges, and handle all closing procedures accurately at the end of the shift.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to build brand loyalty and trust.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team and store management to ensure seamless transitions and operational continuity.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all company security protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a secure shopping environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
