Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a welcoming and professional manner to identify needs and recommend products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
