Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers arriving late in the evening.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with high accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
